Arapahoe County Libraries are the following 19 branches: Ald-Castlewood Public Library, Ald-Davies Public Library-Deer Trail School , Ald-Glendale Public Library, Ald-Kelver Public Library, Ald-Koebel Public Library, Ald-Sheridan Public Library, Ald-Smokey Hill Public Library, Ald-Southglen Public Library, Aurora Public Library, Aurora Public Library - Chambers Plaza Library, Aurora Public Library - Iliff Square Library, Aurora Public Library - Moorhead Branch, Aurora Public Library-North Branch Library, Aurora Public Library-South Branch Library, DPLD-Lone Tree Library, Englewood Public Library, Jcpl-Columbine Library, Littleton/Bemis Public Library, and Martin Luther King Jr. Branch Library.

The Arapahoe Library District was founded in 1990 and was established in April 1966. The 8 following branches have been serving more than 200,000 residents Arapahoe County : Castlewood Library, Davies Library, Glendale Library, Kelver Library, Koelbel Library, Sheridan Library, Smoky Hill Library, and Southglenn Library. These libraries offers a vast collection of includes videos, DVDs, books on tape and CD, music CDs, newspapers and magazines. Public computers with Internet access, and selected computer programs are available for public use. Those who own notebooks may connect to the internet as well. Classes on computer skills and the Internet are conducted on a monthly basis.

The Aurora Public Library offers many books, newspapers, and magazines. Apart from these standard services, Aurora Public Library has a trained staff of members who assist anyone who may encounter difficulty. All Aurora Public Libraries are handicapped accessible, and upgrades are continually being made to improve accessibility. Visually impaired assistance includes: Large Print books, Talking Book Library for children and adults, and Books on tape and CD. The Central Library offers Computer Classes for users on topics like Searching the Internet, Email and Microsoft Word. Registration is required. The Business Resource Center (BRC) at Central Library offers an excellent program for small business. BRC gives small business owners access to demographics, business plans, market research information, business start-ups and sales leads.

The Business Resource Center (BRC) at Central Library was founded in 1992 with the idea that small business should have access to demographics, business plans, market research information, business start-ups and sales leads. Among the available database resources, which library customers can use to access articles, statistics and other business information.
